The electric vehicle air conditioning system trainer, based on the original electric vehicle air conditioning system, fully demonstrates the structure and working process of electric vehicle air conditioning system.

Trainer panel uses 4mm advanced thick aluminum plate which owns functions of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire prevention, moisture proof because the surface is treated with spray paint by special technology.
Control panel with electric vehicle air conditioning circuit schematic, is mounted on detection plug whose circuit connects each air conditioning component.
Trainer panels is installed with high and low pressure gauge, air inlet and outlet temperature gauge, to real-time display parameters of air conditioning pipeline pressure, inlet and outlet temperature.
Trainer panel is installed with detection terminal, can directly detect the electrical signal of each circuit element of air-conditioning system on panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal.
Students can practice training of filling refrigerant and detecting leakage etc.
Trainer base adopts steel structure welding, with spray paint and self-locking casters.
