The modelis sectioned to show its component parts and operation mechanism. Students caneasily understand and observe automotive mechanism, such as engine generator,motor, reduction gear and drive shaft. This is a cut-away model of automobile chassis called Hybrid System Car. 2 different types of power source, gasoline engine and 3-phase AC electric motor, are operable and the operationis displayed on the rear panel. The model is designed to operate by electric motor. Students can perform andobserve the operation of engine and/or motor by on-off switch on the frontside. Various operation principles like starting,normal running, high load, reducing speed and reverse are also explained on therear panel. HV Battery Assembly is installed on the back of an engine. The wiring including LED Lamps clarifies an electric flow.
