Plant start-up and system monitoring using the incorporated protection and safety devices
Study and understanding of the operation of a chiller unit
On-off control of the cooled water temperature.

Detecting the system operating parameters:
Calculation of thermal balances for the refrigerant and water circuit
Plotting of the refrigerant cycle on a pressure-enthalpy diagram of the refrigerant gas

Water circuit including:
Flow switch
Air heat exchanger
Centrifugal pump

Refrigeration circuit equipped with:
Liquid receiver and liquid separator
Double pressure switch
Hermetic compressor with protector
Forced air condenser
Dehydrator Filter and sight glass
High and low pressure gauges
Valve for plant vacuum, refrigerant charging and recovery
Water evaporator
Thermostatic expansion valve.

Instruments and control devices including:
Data acquisition board with USB interface
2x pressure transducers
Data Acquisition Card
Water thermostat
Water flow sensor
USB cable.

Thermomagnetic ELCB
