Electronic Climate Control AC Trainer is an automotive air conditioning program designed to offer hands on air conditioning systems for students. The trainer consist of an electronic climate control air conditioning unit including: Compressor, blower, fan, evaporator condenser, accumulator, pressure switch and related parts mounted on an industrial duty mobile cart. The components are based on an AC unit, complete with electronic controls, and comes precharged with refrigerant. Included are a set of charging hoses and manifold gauges and battery cable.

The simulator consists of a panel operating by PC with mimic diagram for the clear positioning of the components. The various zones of the mimic diagram are presented with different colours and shades to emphasize the peculiar characteristics of the system. This simulator is an educational system designed in vertical frame, bench-top, so the students have the capability to watch the theoretical and practical study of the automotive systems. The mimic diagram is fitted with light indicators so as to enable the observation of the control. It includes colour mimic diagram that clearly shows the structure of the system and allows the location of components on it.
The operational conditions are entered by the students. The display of the information available at the PC monitor allows the continuous monitoring of the educational system. The insertion of faults is carried out by the PC.

The Rotating Fatigue Machine Apparatus is mounted on a heavy base plate and is designed to overhang the bench. Specially machined necked test specimens are provided. This Rotating Fatigue Machine Apparatus has been designed to introduce students to the effects of fatigue. The loading system cancels its own self-weight enabling any desired value of bending stress to be applied. Loads are applied to the test specimen using a load hanger and a set of calibrated weights. When failure occurs, a micro switch stops the motor and the cycles to failure are registered on a revolution counter. A motor rotates a specimen through a gear and pulley arrangement which can be adjusted. During the rotation the specimen is subject to sinusoidal variation of bending stress. A safety guard shields all rotating parts.
