Hydraulic Cylinder:
All chevronseals & bronze strip used for leak proof performance. Ram will be made from material & surface ground hardened for long life of seals &corrosion resistance. Our Presses are powered by specially designed Double ActingHydraulic Cylinders. Cylinders manufactured out of quality steel. Cylinderbores will be honed to mirror finish or long life of piston seals.

Frame:
The structure is designed for perfectly balanceddistribution of stress over the cross section eliminating deflection &vibration, in result increased tool & machine life. The frame is of all steel construction, fabricated fromrolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbings. Proper alignment of the frameis ensured by machining.
Flywheel:
Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, forstoring and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operation, and properlybalanced for smooth running.
Gears:
Gears are of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth aregenerated by precision hobbing machine.
Crank Shaft:
The Crank shaft is made of special alloy steel withprecisely machined to grind finish having closed accuracy and fitted in bronzebushes for smooth working, longer life with consistent performance.
Clutch:
The clutches of pin/rolling key-type and well supported withhigh rigidity. The Clutch is made of special alloy steel, the pin / rolling keyis manufactured from material & with proper heat treatment to ensuretrouble free long life & give continues stroke for mass production.
RAM & BED:
Bed is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properlyseasoned & properly aligned with ram to obtain high accuracy and precisionpress operation. Ram Slides is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned, aligned & fitted with Sheet on back side forfriction free travel through slides, ensuring longer life of die and easyoperation.
Adjustable Stroke:
The unique feature of adjustable stroke enables the press toperform all kinds of operations by employing short stroke for blanking andforming operation.
