....The crack influences the vibration behaviour of the shaft by changing its rigidity. Early detection of any crack is therefore essential before permanent rupture and often fatal consequences can occur. In the experiment, the crack is simulated by an asymmetric flange joint. Using suitable analysis software, this change can be registered and inspection of the machine organised in good time. Cracks due to material fatigue are very dangerous for rotating machines. The accessory set-up includes two shafts of different lengths: one short and one long. The short shaft simulates a protruding shaft end, and is loaded with the belt drive. Variable tightening of the flange bolts produces a temporary gaping of the butt joint, which closely approximates to the behaviour of a crack.

A small scale bench top accessory designed to experimentally investigate how measured temperatures can be influenced by the effects of radiation, temperature sensor design and surface finish.
The circular duct is mounted on the discharge from a centrifugal fan. Air from the fan is blown through the duct past the temperature sensors at a controlled velocity of between 0 and 8m/s. The air velocity is measured by an in duct anemometer.
An additional temperature sensor records the temperature of the inside of the heated duct adjacent to the centrally mounted thermocouples.
Three temperature sensors of different form and surface finish are mounted centrally in a circular stainless steel duct that is surrounded locally by an electrical heater.

Hermetic refrigerant compressors have welded sheet steel housing. The drive motor and refrigerant compressor are fitted in this capsule. The motor compressor is suspended by springs in the capsular housing which minimises the transmission of vibration to the capsule body, thereby reducing noise emission. Unlike open compressors, the refrigerant compressor is directly connected to the drive motor and therefore does not require any floating seal.
....The water feeding can be directly connected to the mains and the water circulation is ensured by a pump rated at 0.55 kW. This electric and automatic steam generator is fitted with two separate sets of heating elements for single or double operation.
....The Mechanical Heat Pump consists of a hermetic compressor, an insulated coiled concentric tube water cooled condenser, a liquid receiver, a thermostatically controlled expansion valve and air heated evaporator.
Mechanical Heat Pump components are clearly but compactly arranged in a manner similar to that used for many domestic air-water heat pumps and all are visible from the front of the unit.
The components of the heat pump and its instrumentation are mounted on a high quality ABS plastic panel.
Mechanical Heat Pump is given up to the cooling water and the refrigerant condenses to a liquid before passing to the liquid receiver and then the expansion valve. Slightly superheated Refrigerant vapour enters the compressor from the evaporator and its pressure is increased. This brings about a rise in temperature and the hot vapour enters the water cooled condenser.
The electronic traction system is an automatically operatingsystem for improving start-off and acceleration capabilities on different road surfaces.

Down the top roll and give pressure on the plate. Then start Main motor in clock wise direction till one end of the plate comes over firstbottom roll reverse the motors and get second end on second bottom
Continue above process until you et desired as shown inpicture.
Place the Plate between bottom and top rolls by adjustingtop roll manually.

Characteristics of the pressure sensor.
A plate heat exchanger is used to simulate a radiator. Cold water is fed through the heat exchanger as a heating load. A viewing window allows observation of the gas flame in the burner. The Training Panel Function of Gas Heater is used to illustrate the functioning of a gas combination boiler. Built-in thermometers and flow meters allow the recording of measured values to determine the power and efficiency. The unit is operated with liquid gas (propane) and is therefore independent of any pre-installed natural gas lines. The main components of the gas boiler are clearly arranged on a panel to allow better understanding. A process schematic also illustrates the function.
