Solar Teaching Experiment Kit system is a solar photo voltaic power system that can provide a practical teaching, testing and demonstration platform for solar cells, sine wave inverter and controller. To help students understand the principles of solar photo voltaic and learn the engineering application of solar photo voltaic. The work flow will be:
The solar energy is converted to low voltage 12VDC by solar cell module.
Then convert 12VDC into 220VAC for all the load by sine wave inverter.
Then charge the battery through the controller.

The system uses an ultrasonic wave sent from an emitter to a receiver while both are pulled through water-filled access tubes embedded in the concrete. The measured arrival time and energy are directly related to concrete quality. The control unit must be connected via USB port standard to a regular notebook computer or Tablet PC (not included) on which, should be installed the software (included) for testing, analysis and real time reporting in 2 D Tomography. The Cross-hole Sonic Logging (CSL) method is used to perform high-resolution quality control on deep foundations.

The expansion valves can be selected via valves. Via an evaporator with glass tubes the correct injection and evaporation of the refrigerant can be monitored. An additional electrically heated superheater at the output of the evaporator enables the investigation of the control behaviour with different refrigerant superheating. In the refrigeration circuit the expansion valves, also called primary controllers, also play an important role. The correct selection and adjustment decisively affects the capacity of the overall refrigeration system. The trainer enables the investigation of four different expansion valves: TEV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve) with internal pressure compensation, TEV with external pressure compensation, TEV with MOP function (Maximum Operating Pressure) and AEV (Automatic Expansion Valve). The control behaviour can be monitored at a flow meter. Pressure and temperature sensors upstream and downstream of the expansion valve and at the evaporator outlet provide information about the state of the refrigerant and the degree of superheating. The locations of the temperature sensor at the evaporator output can be selected.

The mechanism is assembled in an anodized aluminium structure, with painted steel panel.
The bars, made of anodized aluminum, can be connected at different lengths using easy to fit knurled bolts.
The discs include a scale to measure the input and output angles accurately with the aid of a methacrylate indicator. The rotary motion of one of the discs is transferred through the bars and generates the rotary motion of the other disc. The Pin Jointed Frameworks Apparatus mount onto two end supports. One support has a pivoting arrangement whilst the other has pivoting and rolling arrangement. Each framework member has a strain gauge arrangement attached. The signal from the loading mechanism and strain gauges is fed directly into the Interface. The loads on the Pin Jointed Frameworks Apparatus are applied at known joints by using the screwjack loading mechanism supplied.
The Pin Jointed Frameworks Apparatus enables students to assemble two Pin-Jointed Frameworks (warren and basic roof truss) to measure the strains (hence stresses) and joint deflections. Each member of the framework can be easily interconnected with each other by use of simple joints that are designed to create a truly pin joint.
The unit also includes a vibrating arm to enable traces to be drawn on a paper strip positioned on the circumference of the flywheel. Energy of Flywheel apparatus is an extremely robust and versatile unit comprising of the main flywheel, the mass of which can be varied by adding and removing two rings and one disc, and mounted on a heavy duty stand suitable for mounting. The assembly, of overall dimensions 450 mm long by 400 mm wide by 360 mm high, is supplied complete with paper roll, bottle of ink, spare vibrator brush, ink feed brush and length of cord, but without masses and hanger. The fully assembled flywheel, which measures 300 mm in diameter and is 75 mm wide, is fitted with a special antifriction bearing.
