The length of the thread pendulum included can be easily varied using a clamping device. The model is used to investigate the oscillation of pendulums. During this process a physical pendulum is compared with a mathematical pendulum. The model is suitable for student experiments. The dialogue between the semaphores of the two roads allows the alternation of the green signal as a function of the traffic intensity, while the pedestrian crossing is on request.
