....Well Bore Hydraulic Demonstrator is designed to replicate many of the hydraulic conditions encountered in drilling operations. The Well Bore Hydraulic Demonstrator is a valuable tool for training process operators. These conditions are produced in a replica well-bore manufactured from industrial clear PVC that allows students to observe the flow patterns.
The Well Bore Hydraulic Demonstrator is equipped with process indication and manual control devices including metering valves and pressure gauges. Oil water and air represent the three common well-bore fluids liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons, and produced water. The process fluids are recycled allowing for continuous operation without the discharge of either the oil or the water. The Well Bore Hydraulic Demonstrator is controlled by manually adjusting the various flow control valves.
Function:
The operator has control over several aspects of the flow inside the well-bore; the flow direction fluid flow rates, and the distance that the tubing is above the bottom of the hole. Throughout the well servicing and well production phases, the operator will create different flow patterns in the well-bore. The operator must balance these parameters to successfully achieve:
Containment of hydrocarbon-contaminated water
Control liquid flow rates
Positive control of well pressure
Safe Drilling and Servicing Operations
Containment of gas and liquid kicks
The CNC Machines And Learning Systems builds on these foundational skills by adding how to calculate the speeds and feeds for CNC operations, how canned cycles and subprograms are used to simplify CNC programs, and how to use cutter compensation. CNC Machines And Learning Systems cover how to operate a CNC milling machine and how to develop basic programs that will run the machine. More specifically, the CNC Machines And Learning Systems will cover fundamentals like linear interpolation, startup and shutdown blocks, tooling selection, and accurate PRZ location before moving on to more advanced circular interpolation commands.

The Pilot Plant For The Production Of Biogas From Biomass plant has been specially designed for the study of the anaerobic fermentation process resulting in the formation of methane gas (biogas) from organic waste material (biomass). In the field of the so-called soft technologies, anaerobic fermentation plays a primary role on account of the contribution it can make to the solution of major problems to do both with the energy crisis and with the disposal of organic waste materials. The Re Biomass pilot plant has been conceived so as to illustrate effectively the functional parameters which determine the quantity and properties of the biogas produced as well as the criteria governing system operation, in particular in terms of safety. Thus, this unit can be viewed as a valuable teaching tool for the understanding of both the processes and the technology adopted in the design of real systems.
....The Contra Rotating Propeller Multi Purpose Propulsion Dynamometer is a generic design for use either within a large Cavitation Tunnel or within underwater models in the Towing Carriage.
