The Two Stage Air Compressor Test Set Air Cooled is for studying the two stage reciprocating air compressor characteristics. Air cooling between the two stages is by finned tubes. The air receiver has a safety valve, a drain valve and a discharge valve. The unit is equipped with necessary measuring instruments and is on wheels. The Re Biomass pilot plant has been conceived so as to illustrate effectively the functional parameters which determine the quantity and properties of the biogas produced as well as the criteria governing system operation, in particular in terms of safety. Thus, this unit can be viewed as a valuable teaching tool for the understanding of both the processes and the technology adopted in the design of real systems.
