Advanced Refrigeration Training Unit is a multiple circuit unit, incorporating important secondary controls, is constructed entirely from standard commercial components and will give the student invaluable experience in fault diagnosis, system adjustment and replacement of faulty components.
The Advanced Refrigeration Training Unit is a fully operational, small scale cold room, which enables the student to relate all test results, system faults and adjustments directly to situations encountered in service and maintenance.
Single or three phase resistive step variable load.
Max. Voltage: 220/380 V/Y
Max. Power: 3 x 400 W
The energy center provides a closed loop water supply for the hydro generator with a high pressure water pump installed on the bench. The instrument module enables the student to conduct many experiments on the units. Introductory Alternate Energies Center program is intended to provide a complete package of trainers which demonstrate electric power generation and thermal dynamic applications from alternate energy sources. Also, the student conducts many activities with several energy conversion devices , as follows:
Solar Electric Car and Photovoltaic Trainer
Solar Stirling Engine
Hydro Power Generation

Turbine Nacelle Troubleshooting Learning System teaches learners adaptive skills for wind turbine operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting in a wide variety of situations. Turbine Nacelle Troubleshooting is fully functional like a utility-scale nacelle, so it allows learners to develop and practice component, subsystem, and system level skills. Operating and maintaining utility scale wind turbine nacelle systems requires unique skills. A wind turbine technician handles a wide breadth of operational and maintenance issues at the top of hundred meter towers. Their troubleshooting and problem solving skills must be excellent to keep wind turbines operational. Furthermore, Turbine Nacelle Troubleshooting connects to the Turbine Electric Hub Learning System and the Turbine Generator Control Learning System to create a complete wind turbine learning experience. This system also includes unique electronic fault insertion system that allows instructors to electronically create realistic nacelle problems and then track a learners progress in solving the problem. Turbine Nacelle Troubleshooting includes a mobile workstation, turbine control unit, nacelle module, hydraulic brake system, wind simulator, monitoring and control software, and fault insertion system.

Engine ignition and starting system is included, as well as the oil, fuel and electrical system are representative of typical aircraft systems. The runnable engine stand is mounted on casters which hallows mobility for easy positioning of the engine. However, the stand must be securely attached to anchoring points prior to operation. The runn able engine can be operated like it is operated on the aircraft during the ground runs over its operating range of rpm as specified by the engine manufacturer for ground operations.
The trainer consists of:
Runnable Aircraft Turbine Engine
Engine Instrument Panel
Oil System
Fuel System
Engine Stand
Engine Electrical System
Safety Barrier with Interlocks.
The trainer is manufactured using fully functional aircraft components. Due to the close proximity of all the components, students can comprehend how the total system works and how the interaction between various components regulates the cabin environment. The Cabin Pressurization System simulates the function of a complete aircraft cabin atmosphere and pressurization control system. The trainer has two sealed chambers simulating altitude and cabin pressure. The cabin chamber simulates the pressurized aircraft cabin, and contains cabin components. The vacuum chamber can simulate altitude up to approximately 22,000 ft. above the mean sea level.
System Features:
Pressure monitored in cabin chamber
Altitude controlled in vacuum chamber
Operates from115/ 220 VAC electrical power
24 VDC power supply included
Differential controller
Rate of climb indicator
Aircraft components
Cabin pressure sensor
Altimeter
Cabin pressure chamber (cabin simulator)
Vacuum chamber (altitude simulator)
Cabin dump valve
Regulating valve
Regulator(simulates air to cabin).
GPS Navigation Trainer with Moving Map is a valuable hands-on training system that allows the students to explore the functionalities offered by modern GPSnavigation systems. The system offers Enhance Situational Awareness through severalusing on a high-resolution terrain page showing hazards relative to thealtitude and a vertical profile of terrain along the route of flight. The bright 7-inch diagonal highde finition sunlight-readable display makes detailed mapping easy to see you can even viewan entire approach plate on the large-format display. For easy operation, the bezel around the screen includes soft keys and a joystick control. And with afast 5 Hz GPS update rate, the rendering of graphics and flight data is smoothand continuous. It comes with a builtin database, and an Americas, Atlantic or Pacific terrain database.Using this information, the system displays flight route over contour terrainmapping. The user caneven customize the minimum clearance levels to receive terrain cautions. With information from the terrain database, it monitors the current position in relation to surrounding terrain to provide alerts.
Features:
Moving map
Audibleter rain alerts
Smart Airspace Feature
Instruments page
IFR map mode
Traffic Information Services (TIS) alerts compatible
Separateserial and USB interfaces
Built-in HSI:yes
Automaticlog book.

The Alternating Bending Fatigue Machine is a further evolution of the popular Rotating fatigue Machine. All these parts are enclosed by a transparent safety guard, which ensures rotating components are kept away from the user but full view of parts and count is kept. Rather than rotating a specimen to fatigue failure, the Alternating Bending Fatigue Machine induces an alternating displacement to the free end of a cantilevered test specimen in order to fatigue fail the part. A heavy base plate houses the control box, motor, fluctuating components, test specimen and digital counter.
Experimental Capabilities:
Reading and working with nomograms
Cantilever test specimens
Bending fatigue of a cantilevered strip of metal or plastic in modes varying from alternating to fluctuating stresses

Fridge-tag Ultra Low has a USB interface and can be connected to a PC, Laptop or Mac without any installation software. When connected, the Fridge-tag Ultra Low will generate a PDF document with a 56-day report which includes all relevant information per day such as min/max and average temperatures, time out of range, alarm history etc.
Fridge-tag Ultra Low is an electronic, ultra-low temperature (ULT) freezer temperature logger with an external sensor, factory-programmed alarms and visual display for monitoring storage conditions in vaccine ULT freezers over a 30-day period. The device shows the actual temperature, all alarm violations over the previous 30 days (on a rolling basis), the daily minimum and maximum temperature of the last 30 days, and the time duration of any violation.
The Fridge-tag Ultra Low operates with a replaceable external sensor, which has a 12-month operating lifetime and needs to be replaced annually. Each Fridge-tag Ultra Low is therefore supplied with 3 external sensors (1 x main sensor and 2 x spare sensors) as standard.
